Bought a replacement part at the beginning of December.Still hasn’t arrived and my subsequent emails have gone completely ignored. It was £15 so not the end of the world but it’s the principle. I would avoid as much as you can. Doesn’t seem that they can be a55ed with anyone. I have screenshots of the ignorance for anyone that wants them.EDITThis has been resolved. They did send the part. And I guess this is a one off but it’s the only item I have ever bought from them.

I've had two great experiences with HHB recently.First was replacing a faulty Rode lavalier microphone, which took a few days, but they got a brand new replacement to me, which I was very pleased about.Second was replacing a Rode Wireless Go II set. The batteries had lost their ability to hold a charge and, despite me submitting the repair request a couple of weeks after the warranty expired, they sent a brand new replacement set to me very quickly.They're also quick to reply to emails, and super helpful. They understand replacements are needed quickly for business-essential equipment, and went out of their way to make sure I wasn't left without the equipment for too long.Thanks again!

I have recently needed to use them for the second time for repairs on different Rode products. Both times the service was great from first contact over email all the way to receiving the items back in perfect condition.Great experience and it gives me reassurance to buy products that would be serviced by them if needed.
