My first visit was excellent, the front office at Elite car body is very friendly and helpful, especially Nick..Amazing customer support by him. I went to Nick with dents on my car front door. Nick quickly gave me a reasonable quote to fix it. Work was awesomely done as I can't even notice the dent anymore. Kudos to the Elite team and thanks a lot Nick.. Cheers..!!

Good experience with them. I got a damaged bumper and lots of dents on the driver door. The quote they offered was quite competitive so I decided to go with them. I got offered a courtesy car which my own insurer covered during the repair. Very happy with the result.

Absolutely phenomenal all around. Got a quote back very quickly, the customer service at every single step was amazing. Honestly I cannot say enough great things about this place. The work was superb! Had a scratch on the front of my orange car and they matched it perfectly (what scratch? Never happened). If I ever need work done again this is the only place I’ll ever go. Outstanding doesn’t even begin to describe their professionalism and customer service.

Wow! What exceptional service from the Elite Team - a special shout out to Mark and Gracie who were so amazing at handling my query with speed and precision.I brought my car in as it had a few bumps and scratches and needed to be returned to the leasing company in a matter of days. Mark was able to look at the car and carryout work on it straight away as he said it wouldn't take long at all.He was back within a short while and had managed removed the scratches - it was flawless. I am so impressed with Elite Carbody and will definitely recommending them to everyone I know!So great to see exceptional customer service still exists :)Thank you!

Unbelieveable service from Elite Car Body, cannot recommend them enough. We had an Ionic window van - Renault Traffic under warranty that the Renaut main dealer in Northampton could not help with, and as a result refused to service. Cannot fault this place!
