Card machine is locked, there is no way of getting on them. Says 24/7 the phone call don’t work and the online chat says it’s not available

Do not deal with this company, they are very dodgy, the phone number doesn’t even work anymore, 0 customer support and no help whatsoever, STAY AWAY !!!

Fraud .. stay away from them ..

If my there was a minus star I would certainly give this pathetic excuse of a company that rating!Tie you into a deal promising you a free terminal, free printer rolls etc and do they follow through with their part of the deal….. NO.They take your money, run and avoid your calls and emails. When you cancel your contract they have the cheek to still invoice you for overdue amount and charge you a late fee!Waiting around 3 months on my refund and I have lost count of emails and calls made with nothing resolved.In a nutshell, STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!!!!!

I can not recommend service central enough , they are always so helpful and efficient. They go above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. So happy we found them and changed over.
