Kevin, Mark & Collin were absolutely fantastic in assisting with everything. There were a few hiccups along they way (no fault of the Basildon store team) and they did whatever they could to help the situation and gave the best customer service possible. The true level of service really shows when you see staff deliver under pressure and are genuinely willing to do all they can within their power to remedy a situation. Really delighted with Tile Giant Basildon. The staff are helpful, attentive and knowledgeable. The first visit I purchased some tile samples and the second, I returned to a refund on the samples and purchase our chosen tiles. Kevin M, was most helpful worked out what mosaic quantities we would need and arranged a delivery to suit our time scale. Showroom clean, tidy and well laid out with a good selection at reasonable prices. Highly recommend them.

Megan and Mark were absolute diamonds with excellent customer service. Mark went out of his way to up the tiles from another store and Megan kept in contact with me to let me know when they arrived, also helping load them into my car. Couldn’t be more happy

We bought the seed tiles which look absolutely amazing in our new bathroom and we are over the moon with them. The staff members who dealt with us were really helpful and went out of their way with our order and delivery. I then had to go back at short notice as we ran out of tiles and the staff who were in that day went above and beyond trying to get me as many tiles together as they could possibly find to fulfill my order. Absolutely top marks and would highly recommend tile giant for professional, friendly and quality service.

We purchased our tiles from Tile Giant in Basildon. The tiles look great in our bathroom. The customer service was really good and the staff at the store were polite, friendly and really helpful. They answered all my queries and sorted everything out. We would definitely recommend them.

Visited this tile shop 15/10.We found the staff helpful and polite, even though we were only interested to purchase a small amount of tiles.Definitely would recommend the place on this experience alone. There is a wide choice available at reasonable prices.Thank you Colin and Jon!
