I used Dicksons Heating Engineers to install a brand new boiler in our victorian house. This was controlled via a new Nest thermostat installation. We were very pleased with the end result, the execution of the installation was great and was brilliant to be able to control the heating using the nest app on my phone.Ian was on time, professional and polite. He was tidy and made sure I was completely happy with everything he was doing.Fully recommend to anyone considering using his services.

I would recommend Dicksons Heating Engineers Ltd without reservation. We made an appointment and Ian was on time. He was also sensitive to me, removing his shoes before coming in to my home and donning a mask when he saw I was wearing mine (I was about to travel). After showing Ian the layout and issues I was having, he got on and fixed everything with zero fuss. This is the first time I used Dicksons Heating Engineers Ltd but I will definitely be using their services in the future.

We have used Dicksons Heating Engineers for several years, he has installed a new boiler and hot water tank most recently with some extensive pipework which was a 'work of art!' He also does gas safety checks and repairs on another property we own. He even rings to remind us it needs doing at the requisite time(!), he makes sure we conform to any new regulations of which he is always up to date with. He will always recommend safety features. Mr Dickson is reliable and will often come out at short notice if needed. He is very personable, polite and totally trustworthy. The paperwork is always clearly presented and explained. We wouldn't use anyone else.
