Just had my first treatment with Grant and I cannot recommend his services enough! The treatment room is clean and tidy. He's very professional and incredibly knowledgeable. He is very happy to adapt treatments as per ability, very friendly and pleasant.All ready rebooking!

Had my first sports massage with Grant and it definitely won't be the last. Very detailed consultation beforehand to work out the best course of action for my issues, and the sports massage itself was excellent. You can tell Grant really enjoys what he does but doesn't take it overly seriously, which is a breath of fresh air. He's an absolute gent of a guy and so warm and easy to talk to. Thanks again!

I had my first massage today with Grant, he was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend as he tailors the massage to suit your individual requirements. I feel much better afterwards and the oil smells lovely too! Looking forward to my next massage - Thanks again Grant!

Grant was friendly and welcoming for my first appointment today. He conducted a thorough consultation and several tests before deciding on the best treatment. He was extremely knowledgeable and happy to answer all my questions. I felt at ease for the duration of the session and will be back.

I had my first massage with grant and have to say his clinic is spotless and very welcoming! Grant was very thorough and knowledgeable through my consultation and explained everything all the way through! He advised what he thought was the best treatment for my needs and asked if I was happy with his ideas which I was, the massage was absolutely amazing and my body feels so much better for it! It’s the most relaxed I’ve ever felt through a massage so I’d highly recommend a visit to Grant!

Grant is professional, thorough and extremely knowledgeable. He provides a safe, peaceful and welcoming environment. I booked 1.5 hours but would definitely recommend 2 hours for your first appointment. Would highly recommend Alpha & Omega Massage.

Truly a 5 star massage. I suffer from complex medical issues and have a lot of tension created across nearly all of my muscles. Grant was able to massage tension out that I didn’t know I had. Incredibly professional and his home massage studio was clean, comfortable and welcoming. Will definitely rebook.

Fantastic treatment given, Grant was very thorough and informative from the beginning, carrying out initial checks to help find out the best course of treatment. He was very welcoming and professional, explaining everything along the way and also giving advice that I was able to takeaway from the session as well. Highly Recommend.
