Just needed a new screen for my Samsung mobile. They ordered it in for me, called me to say it had arrived, and fitted it without fuss and at a reasonable price Would recommend.

Phenomenal customer service, wouldn't go anywhere else. Firstly I had three different mobile phones from 3 different countries, all with various ailments. What could be sorted got sorted very quickly and they were very upfront with what couldn't be sorted, whereas other places will give you the runaround and pretend they can fix something when they can't, wasting time and money. Then I took them my ancient laptop with a defective keyboard. They gave me a very competitive quote and ordered a new keyboard and fitted it. Unfortunately the supplier had sent them a defective keyboard. Talkback comms then removed it and charged me nothing even though they had done the work of fitting it and removing it. So the problem is not resolved yet but the point is they were honest, communicated immediately with complete honesty, and refused to charge me for the work they did even though I offered to pay them. For me the most valuable thing in service industries is honesty, clear communications and prioritising the customer experience. These guys did all that and more, with the utmost of high standards, professionalism, courtesy, communications and a caring attitude towards me as a customer. Very happy!

Outstanding service from talkback comma. I had a new battery and charger port fitted in the time it took me to do a bit of shopping. Professional and friendly staff and very reasonably priced. for all your phone repairs on any make or model of phone. Highly recommended.Repeat customer due to my clumsiness.

My experience at this shop was abysmal. I asked for a new replacement battery to be installed in my mobile phone. The replacement" lasted about 18 hours from fully charged to almost fully empty. When I complained I was told that this was normal (how to insult a customer's intelligence) but eventually the old battery was re-installed and my money was refunded. I am not disposed to recommend this shop."

What can I say Talk back comms. We’ve been using this company for a number of years. They always offer top-notch service very reasonable prices generally same day service and a smile and Friendly chat. Would highly recommend this local service.

Really disappointed with my screen replacement. The screen started coming away from the phone within a month of repair. Then the day before I was able to take it in, it broke as the screen was now sticking out of the case. They would not do anything besides charge again me for the same failed repair.

Excellent service - The charging port on my phone failed the day before going on a foreign holiday. Problem all sorted (New port) within about 4 hours of walking in Talkback's door at 8:30 am. Saved me a huge amount of hassle on my trip!
