Always very busy. Especially weekends. Long queues for collection and ordering. Space very narrow for collection. Hard to pass other customers with tray to get upstairs or find space downstairs. Even trough app orders i have to wait more then 5 min.

New a cleaner environment but the service can be slow at the busy times and does get crowded. But if its quite i tend to pop in but if your luck is anything like mine then the ice cream/milkshake machine won't be working. I kid you not when I say I'm likely to get my milkshake only 3 times out of ten.

McDonald’s is one of the world’s largest restaurant chain by revenue in the world. Their iconic big tasty burgers is the best. McDonald at Hounslow high street is a beautiful place to relax with a choice of meal and hot or cold beverages. It has got a floor on top top too. The rates are usually the same as all their outlets. They do deliver at home though Uber eats and others.

usually good. but not this time, ordered 2 chilli crispy wraps at 12:31 on 9/6/23 order no 16. lettuce not fresh, mysterious creature found in wrap with chilli sauce on it.-------more details below:I don't noramlly check my wrap, it happened this time cos my mum was complaining about top of her wrap was empty, so I passed mine to her asking if she wants mine instead, mine was full of green lettuce on top before two three bites, thats when I noticed the mysterious creature on the edge of my wrap where I just bit. i took it out like it was no big deal. but i was paying more attention while eating the remaining wrap cos who knows the creature might have a company. and that's how I spotted the unfresh lettuce halfway inside the wrap, i took one out but there's more under, so I unwrapped it to take out all the unfresh lettuce.

Nice place to hangout with friends and family for lunch or dinner.First floor well mentioned, clean and neat place with Western music.It is crowded in peak hours and need to wait few minutes to get food.Toilet facilities are available.
