I'm recommending this new bakery to everyone. It's only a small place but they have a huge selection of authentic Italian street food and cakes to takeaway. Everything I've eaten so far has been delicious. The owners are lovely people and you can tell that they really enjoy talking about food.

Amazing and authentic bakery. Think it needs to call itself something that shows it’s clearly Italian as googling “Meanwood bakery” gives you Wildcraft bakery. Really hope this does well as its food is so delicious and the lady running it was so friendly.

Phenomenal bakery with a range of savoury and sweet delights. The particular highlight of my first visit was the Tiramasu (very light and full of coffee flavour) and the Mozzarella/Spinach arancini ball. Will certainly be returning!

An authentic italian tiramisu that was exquisite and alcohol free which was a bonus.We also tried the triple chocolate cake which was very light and melt in your mouth.Highly recommend for good italian as well as non italian baked goods

Feels like a little pocket of Italy in Meanwood. Everything tastes delicious and authentic, made with real care and passion, and there's so much choice. It's amazing that one person can make so much great food.

Popped in for some cake and came away with extra cannoli! No pics of the cake as didn't last long enough. All delicious, incredible selection. will be back for some arancini next time! A real gem of a place, and was made to feel very welcome by lovely owner.

All I can say is wow! Ho my, I tried a ham/cheese/courgette slice today and the taste was amazing! Just melted in my mouth, absolutely beautiful taste, so fresh, little boy had a margarita pizza and loved it!

Absolutely fabulous!! Have had several items from here and they have all been first class. Of particular note, the tiramasu cake is to be believed. Sublime! Would definitely recommend.

First time visiting today, I received a very warm welcome and the food was incredible.
