This company uses tired and very noisy engine cars and drivers that leave their engines running while thery noisily deliver papers at ridiculously anti-social hours, yanking handbrakes to crunch, slamming gates and at 05:00am!! Please train your drivers with some respect for neighbours...

I was driving on the A27 last night and one of the Pipers vans drove so close behind my car I couldn't see the headlights. He continued like this for five minutes before cutting me up on a roundabout and beeping me despite already going the speed limit. I am a new driver and this gave me extreme anxiety and was very dangerous. Absolutely disgraced.

I informed this company that my mother passed away in November. Since then they have continually sent messages addressed to her to my email asking for money that is not owed by her estate. Even though I have replies from them that show they know this, they still send them. I have replied to them again this morning. Customers should be treated with more respect than this. Piper's News are a disgrace.

Have had daily news papers delivered from Piper News now for almost two years. The service is very reliable and they come early, around 5am - 6am each day, about 6.30am on Sundays. There have been about 5 days in those two years with issues, which related to late or non-delivery of newpapers from the publishers, or some other one-off issues, which on the whole pale in insignificance compared to their normal reliability that I am happy with.

Excellent Service From John and the team. Have had a problem that was out of their control and John has gone out of his way to sort it despite not being their fault in the first place. Would recommend Pipers News to anyone looking for reliable Newspaper/Magazine delivery!

These Folks (and previous newsagents in Bexhill on Sea) have delivered a paper to my home every Saturday for the last 17 years with only two none deliveries owing to circumstances out of their control.Great people to talk to when needed and more than efficient!Many thanks for kind service.

Second time in 3 weeks they have failed to deliver today. Claim is they don't have enough drivers. Well simple answer - stop taking people's money till you do. Am cancelling Daily Mail special offer and going with a local shop
