Took my phone for a screen repair to this shop a few years ago and it was by far the worst service I’ve ever received. They fixed my screen but broke my charger port in process and refused any liability. I’m only writing this review now because I saw the listing on Google whilst giving a more competent shop a good review. Need a repair? Go to Phone Hub, much better service. I’d give 0 stars if I could.

Paid £110 to get the water damage in my phone fixed and the screen replaced. New screen stopped working 2 weeks later, no damage to the screen. The owner was loud and incredibly rude refusing to provide any services or compensation before kicking me out of the store. Awful staff, awful work ethic and extortionate prices for a botched job. Stay as far away as you can.

Caught the owner selling vapes to my 13 year old cousin and their friends. Claimed she had ID, she didn't, and that he had checked it before. Very aggressive when I confronted them

This shop buys and sells stolen goods and has been caught out by customer tracking a mobile. The owner tried to play dumb till phone rang in the draw. Then asked money to buy it back. Crooks of our high Street.

My 3 year old Apple iMac computer would no longer switch on. I tried the recommendations by Apple and they recommended servicing. I took my iMac to Fone Zone, as I could not find an Apple approved shop in Lancaster. Fone Zone found a fault in one of the main electronic boards and they also had to install a new screen. It was a complex repair and it took 3 weeks including waiting for spares. I found the staff very friendly. And very good value for money. My iMac is fully working again.

I have purchased iphones and ipads over the years and would not go anywhere else.The price, service and repairs are very competative and any parts needed they get promptly and keep you informed . There was no problem when exchanging for an upgrade and they gave me a good trade in price. All the staff are friendly helpful and kind.
