Unprofessional people. Cheat on people by charging extra. Do not trust them

Worst customer service ever! I walked in with two jumpers, the guy behind the counter started speaking in another language and a disembodied voice replied. The voice then spoke in English to me. It was a female lying on the floor playing on her phone. She didn’t even look at me or remove her headphones. Meanwhile the guy behind the counter pulls out some scissors and stars cutting the dry skin around his fingernails. Unprofessional and gross!

Extremely unprofessional people. I gave them the money before and they charged me again extra. Lost my clothes the first time and then gave me back a month later.Highly disappointing and rude staff. Never go to them.

Took Jean's to the shop to get repaired, there was an issue with the repair so I called and spoke to someone who was understanding, however, when going back to sort the issue the 2 ladys were extremely rude and condescending.

Always use for my work suits. Good efficient service, no complaints at all

Terrible service - was promised that everything would be ready by next day (this continued for a week). After day two I complained about it but was told: This is not my problem" by the unprofessional person behind the desk. Dont make the same mistake I did."

I get al of my dry cleaning done here every week. My shirts are professionally done and i have all my bedding done here. I always have my shoes repaired here resolved and healed as they are very reasonable for London. I have had my watches repaired, new batteries nothing is a problem and always service with a smile.

DO NOT USE THISDRY CLEANERS THEY LIE AND ARE UNPROFESSIONAL!!I took my suit & shirt in to be cleaned as I had a funeral the following Friday, i was told my items would be ready to pick up on Tuesday, i went to pickup my items on the Thursday the day before the funeral, i was told my items were not ready, the lady tried to hand me her mobile to talk to another person, i refused to talk on her phone for my own safety, I was told to come in the morning when my suit would be ready, after going home decided to go back for my items as I didn't want to be going on the day of the funeral, when I want back the woman was pressing my items Unwashed, & tried telling me they had been, But told me.5 minutes earlier they hadn't been washed as there machine was broken. I could see that my stuff my still dirty. I've since heard similar stories about this dry cleaners!!
