I couldn’t recommend BnR Lettings and Sales any higher.In terms of a tenancy service they offer excellent value. As a landlord, they managed my tenants very professionally, ensured all the appropriate checks were in place and that all the required certification was up to date. All tenants were referenced and always paid on time.Whenever a tenant gave their notice BnR always managed to get a new tenant in place very quickly with little impact on my outlay.BnR also sold my property for me and were incredibly helpful throughout the conveyancing process.They are an excellent company that offer a second to none lettings and sales service at excellent value for money.
