I took my daughter and a couple of her friends here, they told me it would be an hour wait, which we thought was ok, 40 minutes later they came over and told us that they couldn't do it now, and the lady was very rude and was ignoring me when I tried to speak with her, absolutely disgusting.

Some staff are ok but there's one particular lady with a serious attitude problem. Was told my nails were dry and ready to go and they smudged straight away. This said lady was very stand offish and mumbled under her breath something in her own language which did not sound like a friendly comment. When correcting my nails I've been left with a dent in 4 of them on the polish. Customer service is awful. Unlikely to return.

Very impressed. My nail extentions always fall off for the first time stayed on even came back for infills. Nail art looks super nice too. And VERY quick service.

Overall average experience. Prices are reasonable and the pedicure was really good! Gel Manicure was okay, thought the gel could have been applied more evenly around the edges but nothing to need a do over. Staff was really nice- heads up they only take cash or bank transfers!

Ive been going here for years and am always happy with my gels. I have only had one problem when i broke a gel nail the day after it was done. This place repaired it straight away free of charge. The staff are friendly and often offer coffee. The pedicures are fantastic and remove hard skin from the feet, massage the lower leg as well as painting the nails. The massage chair is lovely too. I would definetly recommend this place.

This is the best nail shop in Dunstable without a doubt, always great costumer service and willing to do all my designs which always turns up better than the pictures i bring!
