I'm Not Done Yet
There are no magic answers or quick easy solutions when you feel like a rabbit staring at headlights. But you can learn how to focus positively and constructively given the right support, guidance and inspiration and stop staring. Andrew's patient and warm positive approach, straightforward and clear direction and empathy and experience all contributed to the most worthwhile and constructive two hours I have spent for an extremely long time. The course gave me space to explore, inspiration to imagine and the confidence to try out various ideas and options that will help me move forward to a more fulfilling and happier future. Thank you!

I'm Not Done Yet
2020, the start of a brand new decade seemed liked the perfect opportunity to invest in a 4 hour coaching session with Andrew Middleton of “I’m not done yet”. I would positively encourage anyone beyond the age of 50 (an INDY as he affectionately calls it), to take some time out to reflect on where you are heading in your twilight years. One of the things Andrew got me to do is a timeline of my life up until the present moment – highlighting my personal highs/lows and indifferent moments in this journey called life. Andrew made this fun with brightly coloured post-it notes and Sharpie pens – it was surprising how illuminating this whole process was. I hadn’t quite appreciated what an ‘extraordinary person’ I was, until Andrew pointed it out, in the life I had led and the experiences I had gained.I particularly liked the fact that Andrew gave me my very own pink, personal folder, (how did he know my favourite colour is pink!), He called this my ‘Breakthrough’ workbook – which outlined the process he would be taking me on with an option to add in my own personal worksheets as I completed them.Having mapped out my timeline, Andrew got me to take a step back and view it, seeing it from an entirely different perspective, looking at it through the eyes of another person. What conclusions or learnings could I take from it? What messages could I give to myself to take forward? For instance, from Andrew’s perspective, he could see I had the raw material there to write a book – something I have said I always wanted to do. Maybe this is my moment after all?Little did I know that I was about to write the next chapter in my book – the future me and my life – what did I want, and more importantly, what didn’t I want! This contrast gave way to clarity as I plotted out my future life on my timeline. This enabled me to get a clear vision of how I want the rest of my life to unfold, the goals I am yet to achieve (writing that book!) and the action steps I need to implement to get there, short-term and long-term.Andrew enthusiastically explained everything clearly as we went along, injecting an element of humour which made the whole process enjoyable and fun. I found it a particularly helpful exercise, putting me in charge of my future destiny. After all, if it’s meant to be, it’s down to me. Now I must get back to writing my book!

I attended a workshop run by Andrew which I found to be extremely stimulating. Andrew provided a great insight into the change process I had been struggling with and gave me the focus to move forward. The facilitated workshop was just what I needed to move the many thoughts and ideas which were going around and around in my mind into a plan that was very relevant for me.Andrew provided the tools for me to re-establish control of the direction I want to take during the next phase of my life – Thank you Andrew
