Please please DO NOT buy from this company. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. The phone line is useless as no one ever answers. By email you have to keep following up. I had to return a bed that I did not unbox, purchased in September only received a refund two months later, 6 weeks after collection, because I had to request a chargeback from my bank due to their lack in communication.

I have never dealt with such a bad company. Faulty goods delivered and 28 days later they have not collected, refunded and are now ignoring emails. Photos show the quality of new ottoman beds delivered. Rusty, material attached to frame with glue unsuccessfully and padding sagged at first use by a small adult. Update: after ignoring my emails to find a workable resolve, I successfully made a charge back via my bank. The only issue I have now is two large broken, unsafe and unusable sofa beds cluttering up my house.

Bought a bed a year ago with a 10 year warranty. 6 months later I noticed the welds on the legs had come away making the bed extremely wobbly. A few emails, and ignored emails I finally got sent replacements. Another 6 months the same things happened again, however, every attempt to get help has bere ignored in the space of 2 months. 5 emails and a voice mail call to the store all ignored. Poorly made bed and every poorer customer service.

1 star is one too many. I'm currently at a loss as to how to get our issue resolved, so I am sharing my experience to help others. I'm happy to update it in future.I purchased a mattress from this company and it became faulty.I contacted them to claim under the ten year warranty - 'hassle free'.The truth can not be further from the truth. Messages go unanswered, if you go back through the website you might get a single reply, but the messages aren't read and you just get a one line reply. (eg. being told the return cost isn't covered under the 60 day trial, when it was a claim under the ten year warranty). We've sent endless emails, clearly outlining everything and yet still, no replacement, months and months on.We've provided the evidence and their own terms state should they want the item collected it will be at their cost.They state that if you have a unresolved issue under the warranty (once they've accepted it, which they have with us as they've been given the photo and agreed for it to be returned, so surely they don't even need the return....?) you can go to the furniture ombudsman - but they, 'furnitureful' or the other associated companies under their control, Finest Furniture Ltd when linking the privacy policy to company number, are members!Terrible service and getting away with sending out with no aftercare and breaching their own terms and conditions.In my opinion, I wouldn't recommend anyone dp business with them.

Dealing with this company has been awful! They sent us the wrong bed and refuse to acknowledge their mistake. Despite numerous emails, communication is very poor. They are unwilling to collect the incorrect bed or refund the money. Meanwhile, we had to purchase another bed, and this one is just taking up space. This company seems like a scam, and I would strongly advise against buying from them.

We ordered a bed, we’re not allowed to exchange, had to pay for shipping and then not given refund as box was opened although all packaging was sealed. Then had to pay shipping to get the bed back, waited over a month for availability from their warehouse. Finally received the bed, now have seen the bed frame is a double but inner metal frame of Ottoman is a small double so they have sent us wrong dimension therefore bed cannot be used. Now there is no response from their online service, not their email address. NEVER answer the phone!!! Left many messages, NO CALLBACK!! scammers who take your money, I am out £450 inc shipping charges and left with a bed which I cannot use due to manufacturer error. Do not buy from here ever. No customer service at all.

If I could, I would award this 'Company' 0 stars. We received a black bed frame. Arrived OK, assembled OK, but lasted only 3 months before most of the primary joint welds failed. Absolute trash. 'Customer service' answered my first email requesting a video of the issue, then have failed to respond to any subsequent attempt to contact them via email or phone. I will be pursuing them via Consumer Rights, but for everyone else's benefit, please DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS OUTFIT.

SCAMWhat sort of company is this? they dont reply to any emails or pick up the phone.I emailed them the 3rd of October which is the day the mattress arrived which was 5 days after I had ordered the mattress. I requested a refund because of the state it arrived in and quality of the mattress. The mattress was 95% springs and rest just material and no memory foam at all. The mattress arrived folded in half only once which was held by tapes around in a clear plastic bag which was teared open on one side and the mattress had dirt on it. The bag also has rips and tears all over it. I wish I could say something about the customer service but there is no customer service. Never order anything from this company.

I purchased a bed. There were many faults when attempting to put it together, but I was reassured by the refund policy (what a joke). After hitting many problems with the manufacturing, I stopped and tried to ring them. You cannot. If you ring, it will always put you on hold for 1 minute 20 seconds. It will then go to answer machine, but no one will ever ring you back. If you email you will get a reply (after 2 or 3 days), but the no quibble 30 day refund is garbage.I have been told there's nothing wrong with item despite the photos and because I started to put it together it cannot be returned. They are a terrible company. o stars would be too many
