Got 4 serloin steaks today. Disapointed cost 28.pounds. all black and all fatty. Bin the lot disgusting. Now i know why the butcher didnt want to sell me it.

I have been using this butcher for around two years and have found the produce to be of the highest quality. A lovely family run business where they are knowledgeable and able to advise on what cuts suit which meals best. They always have a variety of foods available which means you're sure to find something you'll enjoy. An added bonus is their willingness to order in specific parts/cuts when you need them. Fantastic!

Appalling customer service on 2 separate occasions! 45 minutes to closing time and owner said I should have phoned before coming to get topside...excuse me!! No signage in place to say that you need to phone, have got meat from there for years and not once have I ever ordered meat over the phone. But more to the point I did actual phone 10 minutes before arriving! Just rude
