We went to spend money on a new mobile phone for our son.... came away with a new broadband contract AND a new mobile phone for our son and paying £10 less a month, can't be bad. Very friendly member of staff with plenty of common sense!

Every time I go into the shop I get told to phone customer service because they can't be bothered about doing it

Helped instantly with an issue the Yarmouth store refused to help with.Friendly kind staff who are willing to help customers!!. AVOID Yarmouth EE and go to Lowestoft if you want your issue to be resolved and customer service.

I and my husband get first class service from the staff here.They are always welcoming and make me feel valued,. They have fantastic knowledge of the phones etc and always help us to get the best deal,. We have become friends which is nice too,. Even if I'm passing on my way to work they always yell me a brilliant good morning or even a hi Jen it makes my day to have caring people like them.

Going to an EE store is an absolute waste of anyone's time. The shop staff were next to useless or unable to help me. Have the patience to do everything either through the app or with a phone consultant. In doing so you will get a first rate, well informed customer experience.I am the first to be sceptical about remote customer services, but I am quickly becoming a convert.

The shop had a couple of customer's and I just browsed through the display, the staff were very helpful and understanding to the customers that they were dealing with, and the customers seemed quite happy with the service.

Got an upgrade on my phone last Christmas but not really used it as can't switch every thing from old to new 1 been in 3 times but still not allowing me to do it.I give in to be honest. Never had any problems before.Still using old phone as what's app and photo mean a lot to me.

Well kept and presented shop in the Britten Centre selling a full range of EE based phones and accessories. Staff are knowledgeable and helpful
