Big shop with some really good prices, esp tables, wardrobes and sofas. fast local delivery (for 20 quid I think). Stock changes very quickly.

Why in the day of mobile phones that you are given a delivery time of (which you have paid £22 for) 9-5 slot and not even given a courtesy call or txt to narrow it down to a 2 hr slot. It is unacceptable to expect people to stay in all day just waiting. It is now 16.18 and I am still waiting 42 minutes left.I don't call this a good service and it totally disrespects the customer.You need to improve your customer service training and tell your drivers to give courtesy texts to let them know what's going on.A wasted day of my time it did not arrive so frustrated. Drivers said they called me numerous times but that just did not happen.
