I am making a comment about the first and last time I visited this clinic. I used to take my cats to Vets for Pets in Greenwich, but since moving, I decided to try a closer one.The appointment was for Travel vaccinations and the booking was done days before the consultation.I had to wait 1h for my cats to be seen by the vet! I was almost late for work when it should had been a quick straight forward consultation. When reception team was asked about when would be our turn, they said I would be next and never even once apologized to be late! I also felt judged as I kept seeing patients coming at their appointment times and going in to the room while I had my cats anxiously waiting in their carriers while dogs were barking around us.When we finally enter the room, the vet seemed irritated, probably because the reception team mentioned I had been waiting for so long. The vet explained to me about the new rules for traveling after Brexit and when I asked her more questions, she rolled her eyes and huffed at me.I am not sure if it is the clinic's policy to overbook patients in case someone misses their appointment, but it is not fair to make patient that have quicker appointments wait.Horrible experience and costumer service. I am not coming back again!

Crazy wait times , even if you book in advance. No set veteran, any appointment you have your given any random available. Last vet I got she did not do the procedure correctly and now my pet is in pain . And guess what now to correct her mistake I must pay another check up charge all because she didn’t know what she was doing . I’d like to also add I bought in another pet which they just put down instead of running the correct tests . This clinic is by far the worst veterinary. They don’t carry out the treatments properly. One day the vets will require medical attention , and ong I hope they are treated the exact same way the treat our pets . The vets deserve to be put down.

The best thing I did for my dogs is change vets from vets4pets... Since Lorenzo left this place is shambolic. My dogs were mistreated meaning I wasted thousands of pounds on the wrong treatment. Do yourself a favour and don't bother registering your pets here. I have heard many people say only advice you will get at this place is to put your pet down if they have a more serious issue, instead of trying to resolve the issue.

Just lost my cat because I was ignored. I had my cat checked and told what treatment he might need. Few days later I have called them back asking to book an appointment for heart and lungs scan. I was told the person who served me previously is busy at the moment and will call me back. I was keep waiting for 5 days for a call back. I was keep calling them a few times a day every day asking to schedule an appointment as my cat is not well and he needs to get tested and a right treatment. Lastly, my husband went to vet and asked to speak with that lady and ask in person just to book an appointment as the cat is avoiding food and it is getting serious. That lady was taking her time at the back (have seen through the door) and the receptionist came back saying she is busy and will call back. We went to other vet as the time is ticking, and in the end it was too late. It is a heartbreaking loss. This practice should be closed and ignorant staff should not work with pets. Pets can not say how bad they are. They need treatment soon as possible. Avoid this practice if you don’t want to loose your pet.Also, they haven’t seen the main issue which I was told in few hours in the other vet.

Very friendly, was seen very quickly and with a smile, not like most places in today's world.Would recommend for anyone with animals.

Total timewasters & dishonest. 2 cancelled ops for a 10 year old pet. They clearly overbook appointment slots. Pets that need an experienced skilled vet get pushed to the back of an unofficial shadow queue. I got every penny of my money back without fuss because of their shoddy service. After 6 weeks of appointments most of which were cancelled by the practise my pets are in exactly the same position as when I started taking them to the vets Timewasters.

I took my here after seeing their kitten package advertised online. I am appalled at the treatment we received and wouldn't take my pet pack. The consultation room was visibly dirty. Additionally her microchip was administered incorrectly and was exposed from the skin. We had to return for it to be removed and administered within 30 minutes of our appointment. My kitten also caught fleas! Avoid!

Anyone checking the reviews for this place- I would recommend looking at the amount of 1 stars this place has. The worst place ever to take your pet. Extremely dishonest set of staff and managers here who completely don't care about peoples pets who are spending their hard earned money here. They leave you with your poorly pets (as they are merely just numbers to them) without the care they need to get better. I had this disgusting experience here, I'm so upset with the negligence and insensitivity of this place.

Only went there for my dogs blood test .Good service..Had to wait for 30+ minutes past our appointment tho.

I took my elderly bunny to this vets to get treatment. The vet was extremely insensitive and said without remorse “he’s going to die anyway, so you should just put him down”. She didn’t consider any medication and was just set that there’s no way to save him.She also insisted on giving him a high dose opiate pain killer injection which I was refusing but she pressured me into injecting him and said “he’s in so much pain anyway he won’t even feel a thing”, she then plunged the needle into my bunny and he jumped at her doing this so harshly.He died the next day due to losing his appetite because of this drug, furthermore I feel he could have been saved if she gave me a preventive medicine instead of an opiate.My rabbit whom I loved very dearly was treated unfairly and very unethically at this practice! Please avoid.
