First class level of service from initial discussions to completion of sun lounge. Lochinvar also installed new front and back doors. Attention to detail by everyone concerned was impressive. We have just had an extension built by Lochinvar and we are over the moon! We needed some extra space out with our kitchen to use as a dining room and the finished result has transformed our house. We were especially happy with the bi fold windows and doors, which we are looking forward to opening up fully in the summer so we can enjoy our family bbq’s.Thanks to Gary in Sales, Chic and his construction team and Melissa, Kirsty and Charles in the office, everyone has been amazing. The project was finished within 8 weeks and the build team were very clean and tidy all the way through. Very pleased with my new windows. Straightforward, no nonsense competitive quote. Window fitters completed installing the 3 new windows in my bay window in half a day. Left the room clean and tidy. Old single glazed wooden sash and case windows gone and new double glazed replacements look great. I would have no hesitation recommending Lochinvar if you need new windows.

From the initial visit from Kenny to the final installation I was really pleased.I got a new front door and set of french doors. The installation team were fantastic at protecting my home. they covered every inch of my kitchen from the worktops to the radiator and everything in-between.I definitely recommend Lochinvar and will absolutely use them again!

Had a great positive experience with Lochinvar. Had new front door (composite) installed. Took Graham around 6 hours to remove old door from 1926 build and reinstall new door. Perfect. Our experience from the first consultation in our home to completion was excellent!Remarkably tidy workers and all very pleasant, loads of dust sheets put down and cleaned and hoover when they had finished, they even cleaned up in the garden below the windows! When they left, it was like they had never been!Love our new windows, and the new window sills just finished of the look.Highly recommend.
