Great heater, great company, how refreshing to have a completely straight forward online transaction. Goods as descibed, delivery as stated, operating instructions in the box and a template to fit the heater to the wall. I have genuinely just purchased another with the same pleasing results.

Excellent service. One of our radiators stopped working and a replacement was sent out straight away. The support was second to none and as we have no gas to our house we have equipped every room with an electric radiator from these guys. Would defenitely recommend.

An excellent service from start to finish, even following up after delivery to see if we were happy with the product and delivery. More than happy with the radiator, (electric radiators have certainly come a long way). Well packaged against damage, which sadly was not the case with another company! Fitted by my husband without any problems. As its heavy would advise 2 people to lift the radiator onto its wall fixings to prevent damaging the thermostat. The radiator has changed a cold and underused conservatory into a nice comfortable retreat used by all the family. Electric radiators have certainly come a long way and much improved.

Really impressed with this company. The products are brilliant quality and have made such a difference to our home. We had one rad damaged in transit, contacted customer service one was replaced by next day no problems. Great all round very happy would recommend to anyone looking to buy.

I was looking online for some time to find replacements for 18 year old panel heaters, I wanted some that looked nice had good features, WiFi and Alexa was desirable, ceramic core and options for panel heaters also where they fit better closer to furniture etc. I selected the Ecostrad Ceramic IQ range for the ceramic core, features and was really happy with them I also purchased some Ecostrad IQ plus panel heaters for behind the sofa and a bedroom where I don't need heating that often, especially as they don't have too many restrictions about distance from objects or can be limited on surface temperature. Delivery was speedy and installation wasn't too difficult, they do come with plugs but I hard wired them into fused switched spurs on dedicated circuits. Setup was easy once WiFi is enabled use the app to configure everyone else I have them scheduled to come on at various times of day and can adjust the temperature sensor where it reads slightly warmer in one part of the room so they all are working together. Happy with purchase and would recommend both products.

I've had my ceramic electric radiator for about 2 weeks now and I am very pleased. It was delivered on time and well packaged. It was very easy to fit although I used different screws, the ones supplied were a bit 'soft' ( I stripped the head on the first one). I connected to the Smartlife app after a couple of attempts but it is very easy to use.Highly recommend watching the YouTube videos, makes thing easier.A great, stylish product.

As previous the Haverland RC Wave radiator arrived on time and is now fitted.We now have two units which are smart, have simple controls which enable us to programme their use as well as override if necessary.RegardsJoe Vick

Very easy to work out the size of the radiator required with their on-line calculator and then to order - prompt delivery - robust package.The Ceramic Radiator looks good looking forward to it being fitted when our new room is finished.If the radiator works as good as the service from ERD I'll be very happy customer.
