I was very impressed with S and T Glazing when I purchased greenhouse glass. They were responsive when I ordered, provided a high quality product and ensured all the glass was cut promptly. More than this one of the team even kindly called me to double-check my measurements (I was wrong with the original figures!) which saved me buying glass that would not have fitted. This was above and beyond what I could have expected. Excellent company.

I never write reviews but after being immensely let down by this company that call themselves professionals I felt that I had to.I would hate for someone to go through the same experience as myself.I ordered splashbacks for my kitchen from this company also trade as Splashbacks Designed 4 u. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM.We had to wait far longer than they originally quoted to fit the splashbacks. The measurements were taken early December but they did not come to fit them until the end of January.When the owner eventually did turn up to fit the splashbacks they clearly had measured them incorrectly, despite this being obvious he carried on and completed the job!.Everything has been measured short so the glass does not align and copious amounts of silicone has been used to correct the shortfall in the measurements. The cut outs of 2 of the 4 double plug sockets do not align with the screw holes so they have been unable to be re-fixed and are dangling loose.Initially the company did not accept any wrongdoing but as I am in the building trade they eventually admitted they had miss measured and should never have completed the job.We initially asked for the splash backs to be re-measured and re-fitted and the owner agreed, he was initially helpful but due to the amount of time it was taking to have them replaced and the amount of chasing we were having to do our confidence in their ability to complete this work to a high standard diminished.The owner is now refusing to communicate with us and we are now having to have the splash backs removed and replaced by professionals.I WOULD NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANY ONE – TOTALLY INCAPABLE, INCOMPETENT AND UNPROFESSIONAL.

Price quotes incorrect. Time for completing given a week took four. Customer service severely lacking. Downright rude.
