Responded really quickly, came next day and was able to diagnose the issue and even fit in a boiler service to help us out! Very friendly and looking forward to getting some radiators replaced next. Great find!

Would absolutely recommend Lewis. He initially serviced our boiler and then came again to replace all our radiators. Two of them didn't work but after flushing, they were working a treat. Job completed to very high standard. Lewis himself was very friendly to deal with and most of all, he replied to our messages promptly and came when he said he would! Will definitely use again for any future works plus annual service.

Lewis replaced the heating system on our bungalow renovation. Lewis decommissioned the old system for removal, then installed a new system that would meet our needs. Lewis was flexible with our timescale, with enough notice given, when he said be there, he was there. We're very happy with the quality of his work, and his punctuality.

Lewis did an excellent job after our original boiler had to be condemned as it was dangerous. He carefully talked us through our options and fit us in for the new install as quickly as he was able. He did a fantastic job with the actual install, arrived exactly when he said he was going to, worked hard to get the job done and cleaned everything up when he was finished. He was friendly and professional throughout and was great with our kids and pets. Couldn't ask for a better job!

Lewis fitted a new boiler and also repaired a broken pipe.The whole process was very smooth from start to finish. He always turned up when he said he would and was very reliable.Both my husband and myself were at work whilst the work was completed and Lewis always left the house clean and tidy.Great communication throughout the process and phoned/messaged to us up to date.The work was completed within 2 days and to a good quality.Would definitely recommend Lewis

I asked Lewis to put me a new boiler in and also a new radiator. He did not know what he was doing. He left me with no boiler for 4 days. When I have a new born. Then he tried to palm me of with a 2nd hand boiler but trying to charge me full price for it, which didn't work by they way. When I told him I am not paying full price for a cratched up 2nd hand boiler. That does not work. He start being horrible saying that I was bang out of order. He is money down because he paid for this and went for it. (I'm keeping all this pg13 by the way but clearly you can use your imagination with it all.) I told him. That is not my problem. I told you I want a BRAND new boiler. Not one that looks like it came from the skip. I even gave you the money to go and get me a boiler so where is the money I gave you? Still no answer to that question. He just said. You told me to get you a boiler so I did. I said a new boiler. New. Boiler. He was just coming up will million of excuses.This is when I decided.. I had enough. He bought me a 2nd hand boiler, left me without anything to keep the house warm so I had to buy a £50 heater from Amazon so I can keep my baby warm at night. His attitude stinks and just got nothing but abuse from him so now I am left with a 2nd hand broken boiler, £900 what I gave him to get me the boiler, No heating or hot water for my baby and I and a big bill from the actual experts but he does not care about any of theis because he is happy with £900 in his back pocket.I don't mind supporting the little people in the trade because I would rather pay for them to do the job. Then the big sharks but when you get treated like this then it puts you off from trying to help out the little people of the trade.If you value dignity and don't want to throw money away. Stay away from this idiot. If I could give no stars I would but I can't.

Lewis was really helpful in finding the cause of our radiator issues. On top of that he serviced our boiler, checked our other radiators, and advised us on how to keep our boiler running smoothly and the most efficient way to heat our home. He was friendly and chatty throughout, he will definitely be the first person we call next time we have issues!

Installed a whole new heating system. New combi boiler, radiators and smart thermostat. Workmanship is excellent. Very professional, tidy and great value. I would not hesitate to recommend LJN Plumbing. Five stars

Great reliable company. Have used Lewis on quite a few occasions in emergencies. Also had a boiler supplied and fitted by Lewis 2 years ago and he messages me when my boiler is due a service so I don’t forget. Highly recommended. Thanks again. Jake.
