McVey & Murricane have a modern approach to conveyancing. Almost everything is done via email and online portal. You will be allocated a team of solicitors and paralegals who will specialise in a different aspect of your house purchase. They communicate really well and answer emails almost instantly. They discourage phone calls but your request will be answered clearly by email.I found this firm to be knowledgeable, efficient and focussed on getting the job done. If you want a solicitor where you can go in and have a cup of tea and a chat about the weather while having a fuzzy feeling, these guys aren't for you. But if you want a quality service with minimum fuss and maximum efficiency, these are your guys.

I used McVey & Murricance for the conveyancing of a sale of a residential property. From start to finish they made the whole process really simple and stress free. They have automated processes for the gathering of initial information which is broken down into manageable chunks. Hamish, who was the solicitor, was really easy to deal with and ensured that the whole process was completed smoothly within a relatively short space of time.
