Agria Pet Insurance

My vet offered me 5 weeks free insurance when I registered my kitten so I accepted. I have never made contact with the insurance company myself. However since signing up to 5 weeks free (baring in mind there’s no actual paying policy) I have not been left alone. They have phoned me on various different numbers, about 4-5 times a day harassing me to take a policy out with them! I’ve had numerous letters, emails, calls and voicemails and for this reason alone I won’t be taking out an actual policy with them. Harassment isn’t a good sales technique! I have since had to block all the numbers they call me on because every time my phone rang, it was them!

Made the mistake of doing an online quote. Way too expensive so already decided not to proceed. Have been constantly bombarded with texts and emails ever since. The number to text stop to is false so just have to keep blocking the numbers. Will be reporting to regulators if this continues.

They paid out on my 5 week free cover and they’re very polite on phone only given 4 stars because my excess is really high 170 then have to pay 20% on top off that. I would recommend cause they deal with claims very quickly threw my vets. So I will continue to have my French bulldog covered with them good service. I would recommend

Cannot recommend highly enough. Dealt with my claim well within the 14 day review period, and when issues with the claim arose they contacted me immediately with steps to resolve them. Everyone I spoke to via phone or email was very friendly and helpful. This is my first experience with pet insurance and it was an overwhelmingly simple and positive one. I will absolutely be using Agria for any future pet insurance I need and would encourage others to do the same

policies are good and all but i got an email about a missed payment in october so called to sort it and they told me they’d cancelled my policy in september ??? so now my cat has been unprotected for over a month and they didn’t bother to let me know at all.

£170 excess for my 8 year old mostly healthy dog... plus 10% of the cost.Also put my monthly cost up when I moved to a nicer area with cheaper vets...Pay almost £50 a month now.

Spoke to a lady called Andrea today regarding a policy for one of our pets, I found her to be really helpful and understanding. So far great service from Agria thanks to Andrea, thank you

One of the worst companies I’ve ever used and I Haven’t even made a claim with them yet. Me and my partner have put requests in 7 times over the year to add me as a policy holder never been done after promises it had been. Never received our welcome hamper and now it’s due for renewal with zero service ever being provided and waste of our time to keep calling for the same requests to be actioned. Now imagine them dealing with a claim with your pet. Currently talking to ombudsman about getting a full refund for the year and reporting the company.

Like someone previously said ripping people off.Be very careful if claiming for behaviour issues.Gold policy has not given us full access to this. They want your money but don't want to pay out.It's not made clear what you can and can not claim.I wish had never got involved with agria and would not recommend

This is a wonderful company. Our rescue dog was only with us for 3 months, we found out he was seriously ill after 2 months. Agria paid the claim in full, no questions and returned us the extra installment, we had forgotten to cancel. We also received a beautiful sympathy card. We will 100% come back here when we can get another dog. Cannot recommend them highly enough
