One star too many !!!!Where do I start firstly my last check up I booked an extra long appointment and asked for scale and polish as I hadn’t been for a while when I got there the dentist told me they can’t do scale and polish anymore due to the pandemic !! (Lies )Couple months later I booked an appointment to have a veneer cap on my front tooth replaced as it was broken, waited 3 weeks for the appointment when I arrived the dentist told me he wouldn’t do anything as I had been booked in for an emergency appointment so had to rebook.Appointment comes and I have the moulds taken for the new veneer when I got home I noticed one of my fillings had come loose so the next day I tried to ring and ask if it could be sorted at the same time as my new veneer is fitted after being on hold for 30 minuets I get through and was told yes that’s fine shouldn't be a problem.Couple days later I get a phone call to say they need to change my appointment and push it back (Bare in mind i have half a front tooth missing as they had to grind it down to take the moulds)New appointment day comes and 2 hours before the appointment I get a text to say they have had to cancel it, when I rang to rebook and explain I have half a tooth missing and a loose filling that is now giving me pain I was told the dentist has rang in sick ( why it toke till mid day to tell me this and not first thing in the morning when he must have rung in sick god knows obviously more lies !) I was then told that that day was meant to be his last day and he was off for 2 weeks and I would have to wait till he’s back to get it sorted even though I have a very sensitive half front tooth and a painful loose filling.So arranged a new appointment for. When he was back, in the mean time I had since rung and explained I need the loose filling sorting out at the same time and was told yes that’s no problem.The day of the new appointment I got a phone call asking me if I can come early to which wasn’t possible my original appointment was 4:20 pm I told the the earliest I could get there would be 4:00pm which he said was great, so arrived at 4:00pm and sat waiting it was then 5:00 pm before I was called up to be seen. To then be told he won’t sort my loose filling out and when I argued back and explained I had rang 2-3 times to make sure it could be down he got aggressive and started shouting at me saying it’s not his fault!!Within 2 hours of leaving the dentist the veneer I had just had fit fell out !! So I returned first thing in the morning to be told sorry the dentist isn’t in today.Absolute joke of a dentist and wouldn’t recommend them to my worse enemy !!I have since been to another dentist which has found issues that should have been picked up on previous check ups !

I was very nervous before the extraction, the dentist put me at ease with great communication and his very calm demeanour! The humming of a Christmas song whilst he did his work will always stay with me, thank you.

Never a great day visiting the dentist but had some work done and was made to feel at ease all the way through.

I was referred here from my usual dentist to have a wisdom tooth removed. I saw Abs who was really informative, let me know what he was doing at every step and the procedure was really quick and painless...I was really impressed.

I was referred to synergy great harwood by my own dentist for removal of an upper back molar that had split in half. I waited 7 weeks which is fairly normal nowadays. I saw a very professional dentist called abs. He was calm, capable and reassuring and removed my tooth quickly and painlessly.I would definitely trust someone like abs again with any complex dental issues.

As a nervous patient, I was made to feel at ease. The specialist dentist was fantastic and talked me through every step of my tooth extraction. Would highly recommend

All the staff that I came into contact with were brilliant: professional and friendly. There was a little bit of a delay but the receptionist apologised and let us know as soon as we arrived. The dentist I saw explained everything they were doing clearly & the procedure was extremely efficient: with the dentist and dental nurse working well together. I didn’t feel any pain during the procedure. I’m terrified of going to the dentist, but this experience was actually quite pleasant (well, as pleasant as a tooth extraction can be!).

I had a clue of roots removed at Synergy, Blackburn (after a partial tooth extraction elsewhere) by Abdur who provided excellent car throughout the whole procedure…he calmly talked me through exactly what he was doing and was very good at putting me at ease during the root extraction. A thoroughly friendly, reassuring and professional service…thank you !

The whole experience was exceptional. From the booking of the appointment through to the completion of the procedure. Everything was first class, the precision and skill of the dentistry and the modern equipment all insured that this was probably the least intrusive or uncomfortable experience. I have undergone at the dentist.

10/10 experience, coming from someone who gets nervous in dentists. Had 3 wisdom teeth extracted yesterday, and the whole thing was over in 15 minutes. The dentist talked me through everything and his humming through the whole thing calmed me even more haha!Today I am not even sore which surprised me even more and I even received a check up call to see how I am.
