A lovely bookshop with helpful staff. It's always nice to see, feel and smell new books and it would be a shame if we lost shops like this. So, as they say .... Use it or loose it.

Utter time wasting - purchased a card £2.59, was asked, and encouraged by the lady at the counter that if I had a waterstones card I could obtain points for the purchase. Had step out of store to get network signal to reload app, this took ages, signed in, the purchase was put through till, the lady says ooh i think I've sent you on a bit of wild goose chase

Lovely staff, very helpful, working our way through a series of books only Waterstones has. No problem to order books and get a message or phone call when they arrive to store. Points too on a point card. What's more to love.

Went to Chesterfield this weekend to visit Chatsworth.Popped into the waterstones in the town.Just wanted to say I've never seen a book store look so polished and wonderfully displayed.Made me fall in love with walking into book shops again!
