Steer clear! You will be wasting your money - Their products are faulty and if you take the time to come back with your receipt for an exchange, they will not give it to you unless you have the box. When I questioned this, the salesman told me it was because he cannot re-sell it without the box. So he is actively trying to re-sell items that he knows are faulty. It’s probably how I ended up buying damaged goods from him in the first place

I came here today to get my screen fixed after trying many places in romford they didn't have stock and where not able to do it straight away. This place is a gem and had it in stock and only took an hour to get replacement screen fixed excellent quality and service customers service was outstanding and professionally well done amazing even the screen protector is amazing quality recommend highly

Came to bring my laptop as it won't switch on, the guy told me he will give it a deep clean and see if it works and I came the next day at 4pm and requested just to find the laptop in the same condition. The guy told me he opened the laptop and showed me a picture on his phone of a motherboard which was burned and belted and told me that uts 60% chance he can fix it and 40% chance that it will not work anymore ever. So I took it back and bought the stuff to open the laptop myself to find that the motherboard is not melted and its in perfect condition. And seen in the picture. I dont know if maybe he wanted to take my motherboard but I don't think he even opened my laptop to check as it was literally untouched. I highly recommend nobody comes here as u will be scammed!!! If anyone can see any problems with my laptop please let me know

Selling very bad stuff in the storeWorst customer service I have ever seen… within 1 day iPhone 15 case broken and shopkeeper says it’s broken due to pant pocket… not ready to even listen anything, not talking properly really worst behaviour

Good service and price for a battery replacement for a OnePlus. Not too many repairers service this make.But communications were poor. Initially he said just pop in knowing the make and model. Then battery would arrive midday and work done by 6pm. At 5pm told it would be done tomorrow. Tomorrow it would be 4 days later. So collected phone and then he rang when the battery arrived and I dropped it back and it was done in 30 mins. Understandable cos it's an unusual phone and he did his best but frustrating

I can't express enough how grateful I am to be met with a service that provides value for money but equally a helpful and honest man. When asked his honest opinion on repairing my son phone, he advised for the best interest for the customer ,not for his buisness. Integrity goes a long way. Thank you !

I went into the store and they spent time in detail how to operate my phone with me, something they didn’t need to do as I didn’t buy it from them, they are really helpful and I recommend them to everyone, definitely worth going into the store, I will use them often now
