MPW Window Cleaners

Refused to do my windows as I hadn't responded to a text quickly enough when I was abroad! Clearly they are kept in business by people who are happy to have their bad attitude visit them.

Unreliable, didn't turn up and that is after they confirmed the appointment the previous week. I called when they didn't show, the person sounded confused about the appointment but said they would still be coming only to call back 10 minutes later with an excuse of the van broke down. Hmmm, don't think I believe them. Pity, they lost potential business and repeat business.
