I was part of a small group lesson with Sonia for nearly two years. I learnt so much from her. She always caters the lessons to be whatever pace you need them to be, and they are always fun. :))

I studied with Sonia for over 2 years and have nothing but praise for Sonia and her classes. The lessons are always prepared with care, varied ( conversation, listening, dictation, grammar, quizzes ) and topics current. Wether you are learning French for interest or to pass an exam, Sonia will guide, encourage and help you achieve your goals.

I started learning French with Sonia in January and I have loved every lesson. She makes the lessons interesting and fun and not at all like French lessons at school all those years ago!

My conversational french was rusty at best and horrible if I'm honest. Over the last year Sonia has provided a structure tailored to my learning; providing a relevant vocabulary, improving my ability to decline verbs, to read and understand the language. I will never be truly fluent but my confidence and ability to make myself properly understood in French speaking environments has improved immeasurably. Most importantly, for me, Sonia has made speaking French fun...laughing while you learn allows mistakes to be an non-issue...you feel like you are making real progress!

I've studied with Sonia for almost one year. I am part of a class of three, all of whom wish to improve our conversational French. Her lessons are always well prepared, enjoyable and cover all aspects - reading, listening, grammar and conversation. I'd recommend Sonia to anyone who wants to learn, or improve, their French.

Look no further for an excellent french teacher! Besides putting up with my really poor spoken french Sonia will individualise the lessons to make it a fun and relevent learning environment.

Sonia's classes are run in a very relaxed but enjoyable format with a different subject of conversation each week and sometimes some modest 'homework'. As Sonia is French she is also really helpful with cultural insights and colloquialisms. I always look forward to her classes.
