Norfolk leisure completed the transaction and my replacement was received last week. Thank you again. They went above and beyond in my opinion.

I would like to show my appreciation and thank Norfolk Leisure Lifestyle Ltd for their outstanding customer services and excellent support they have given during the purchase, issue resolving, and parts replacement of my Royce Cube Gazebo purchased earlier this year.The Norfolk Leisure staff made my purchase easy and an enjoyable experience, then provided timely and helpful advice regarding the product when an issue occurred as well as visiting my home to look at the issue first hand.Having had the small mishap of our gazebo taking an unforeseen flying lesson due to recent strong winds, resulting in moderate damage to several components, I once again spoke to the Norfolk Leisure team, who quickly contacted the parts department to deal with my misfortune. Their employee’s professionalism and promptness to the resolution of my issues quickly exceeded all expectations. Their easy and friendly customer facing approached was great to experience to which I am very thankful.The parts replacement free of change authorised by the company was totally unexpected, but very much appreciated, making once again the experience of dealing with a quality company a pleasure to deal with.I really commend the prompt service provided by their team. I have had a couple of minor issues with the Life furniture supplied by Norfolk leisure but in both instances they have dealt with it promptly and no quibble over warranty so the I am pleased to report their service post sale is equally as good as pre sale... very impressed thank you.

I had to email the manufacturer directly to get the correct product code for the furniture I ordered as customer services couldn't get it right. They sent the wrong item the first time, sent a replacement which was the same as the first delivery, argued over the phone stating the product code was right but the manufacturer has sent the wrong item, so I checked with the manufacturer who gave me the correct code. Spent £2,700 with these guys and the can't get it right.

Stopped by to look at 6-8 seater garden dining sets and were warmly greeted by two assistants. Very knowledgeable and helpful service helped us choose a set that we really like. Definitely recommend!

Ordered a set of two reclining chairs and table for the conservatory. When they were delivered a bolt was missing from one of the chairs. I contacted the supplier customer services and was told that there was a large number of complaints outstanding and they would be in touch within 7-10 days. Not a very good advertisement, and I am still waiting. In the meantime I can’t use the chairs
