I am a care worker and I recently booked two day trips for a resident who sadly died unexpectedly. I have requested and been refused a refund on the tickets. Poor unsympathetic customer service. Williams reused a refund. Sent a £50.00 travel voucher and deducted over £150. cancellation fee for a man who had died. No compassion, no morals. Disgusting behaviour.

Just returned from 'Heart of Ireland' tour. Great trip visited some wonderful places. All the hotels were great quality and very friendly. Coach was very comfortable and the driver was great. Is a tour rather than a holiday so some early starts but worth it.

Just back from the Paignton trip. Really good. Our driver Paul was excellent. Weather was great. Very lucky! Highly recommend Williams Travel. The office staff are really nice too.

Brilliant company. Just returned from Lake Maggiore. Outstanding. Great drivers, fabulous hotels, excellent food and fantastic itinerary. I have had one of the best and happiest holidays ever. I travelled on my own but was made to feel like one of a large family. Unforgettable

Two day trips which were really enjoyable.Prompt polite service. Realistic prices. Choice of garden centres for lunch breaks could have been better especially Homeleigh (Devon) which was a waste of time due to poor staff service which meant we went without lunch'..
