I visited the Scandia offices and showroom with my wife a while ago. We met with a salesman briefly and even after our conversation, we were left underwhelmed and a tad bewildered as to what the company actually do and what service they provide...It transpires after having carried out some research within the industry that they are simply a design/planning office. All their 'bespoke' materials used on their builds are bought from a third party.If you are looking to build your home as efficiently as possible, at a sensible cost, i'd probably avoid and go direct to builder.

Scandi - Hus have a beautiful example of one of their properties that you are able to walk around and they are in the process of adding more showhomes at the moment. The building is stunning outside and inside and is well worth visiting if you are thinking of your own self build home.We found Aaron very helpful and he answered all our questions regarding self build timber frame homes and was very helpful and knowledgable about everything to do with self build.
