I bought a bmw 435d. Had initial teething issues with the manifold being full of carbon. They fixed it no problems, extended warranty to cover it. Had a problem with one of the parking sensors not working, again fixed no issues. Customer service 10 of 10. First time buying car where they were on your side. If need a new car and they had it, I'd buy from them again. The car was mint when I bought it.------Update 12/7/2022Had to get new tyres due to wear and tear but found out that when bought the car, they put a new tyre on, but was a cheap one and not matching other 3.X drive cars need the same tyres on all 4.Meant both tyres had excessive wearing on inside. Can also break x drive.Contacted garage saying not happy and they should know better.No reply.So I've dropped rating 3.. as they were so good at the beginning.

Friendly helpful staff who let me take my mate with me on the test drive of a BMW X3 without being accompanied. This let us chat openly & honestly about what we thought. Ended up buying the vehicle & the paperwork was made super easy by Dave. I would certainly recommend.

Just picked up my BMW X1 from Lawsons at Congleton last Saturday, think it was Gary I was dealing with. Nice little set up and wasn't pressured in to buying there was a few little bits needed looking at so when I actually picked up my car it had had a service, mot (even though it had one in sept) new rear brakes new battery. I couldn't ask for more.Good reputatable company will definitely buy from them again

Brought my first car from here a couple of months ago, was quick and easy, everyone was very friendly and helpful. Took it back in recently to get a couple of things fixed whilst it was covered by the warranty, the mechanics were more than happy to do this and said if I needed anything else sorting don’t hesitate to contact them! Very happy with the customer service and would definitely recommend them based on my experience.

Wouldn’t recommend. I travelled 175miles to get to this garage for a car that was no where near as advertised. I was told it was in excellent condition. It was covered in dents and scratches and shoddy repair work. Nothing like what the photos showed. I left very disappointed.

Just want to thank the team and especially Stan The Man (!) in service for today. Was travelling back from Manchester Children's Hospital with my son when a warning came up on my car's system that my tyres appeared to be losing pressure. The road earlier had been heavily potholed so this did make sense. Last time this had happened, I actually had a complete flat and needed a new tyre. I had stopped earlier but was refused help by another garage. This was the next real safe place to pull in, and I just wanted peace of mind that everything was OK especially as I had a child with me. Stan and the team were unbelievably friendly and helpful - two tyres had indeed lost pressure (one by around 15% and one over 30%).Thank you so much for the friendly help and customer service from all of you. Please ensure Stan gets the positive feedback he deserves.

Purchased a Mini from here in August 2021. Unfortunately 2 days after purchasing the car, an error popped up. I called straight way, and they booked me in for the following week (despite car saying 'go straight to MINI garage) for a diagnostic and possible fix. I dropped my car off, and picked it up 2 days later. As soon as I started the car up after picking it up, the error popped up straight away. So I had to leave it there again for another 2-3 days, for the error to eventually be 'fixed'. Very annoying to have to keep going back and fourth as it was an hour round trip. Apparently the error was a faulty sensor. 8 weeks later, the exact same error comes up and after taking the car directly to Mini for a diagnostic apparently so sensors have been changed and the cost to get the error sorted is £860. Very disappointing. I also had to chase and chase them for updates and there were another small couple of problems (was sold with 2 keys, but only had 1, so they promised to get another key sorted with took MONTHS for them to sort.) and the car came with no paperwork other than the service they did before the sale. I felt because my car was at the lower end of the scale price wise to what they normally sell (my car was almost £19k) they didn't care about me. Wouldn't buy from here again unfortunately.

Fantastic service !! due to the long travel to view vehicle, Gary organise the car to be ready with full mot at short notice, my car was taken in PX with no fuss, and David swiftly sorted out all the paperwork for both vehicles. Very proffesional and smooth transfer, would highly recommend and use this dealership again.

Seems a great garage did not buy the car in the end but good staff and cars we saw were ok. We found a similar but slightly older so lower price car elsewhere that suited us better
