Bad management and treated worker very badly. Worst operational team.

Drivers need training. I have had so much trouble with lost deliveries, last one was left outside on a fire exit at the back of building. I was alerted to this fact by the building manager, I took a photo of it in situ. I waited in all afternoon on Saturday waiting and just to find the driver had reported it handed to resident. I had no idea where it was until we found it on Monday. This is not the first time and regretfully I have cancelled my prime membership and will have to go elsewhereSo with respect, a very bad service and there was no way I could speak to a human being at Amazon to put this right

This is an amazon delivery station, nothing is collected or sold here, just a distribution center.Used to be a driver here and could be a bit more apreciated.As any other place there are good and bad things, in my case I had more good ones.If looking for a delivery job, I recommend to speak to more than one company and do some research, not all companies are good.

One of the largest logistics sites in the UK. Amazon's busy, bustling center is a major hub. No public access. A well serviced workplace.

Sick of my parcels being delivered to the wrong address, get drivers who can read please stuff has been lost plus having to wait in for signed parcels that NEVER arrive a whole weekend wasted, what compensation do Amazon give me for that and this is because the driver yet again has not done their job

My Grandson spent 2 days working here and he said it was the worst experience of his life. Employees are treated like robots with very little attention to Employee care. Targets are set that are nigh on impossible to achieve and staff morale is very low.
