Engineer attended today and fixed the water tank ball valve. Totally professional and even cleaned up the mess that can sometimes happen. also fixed the hot water pipe that had air bubbles. Very friendly too. Here and gone in 30 minutes.

The engineer who came to fix my toilet was really punctual, cheerful and efficient. I have always had excellent service from Guy Crabb and this time did not disappoint!

I have used Guy Crabb a couple of times now and I couldn’t be happier. Most recently I called to have a leak (which we managed to isolate) fixed - I was processed quickly and was given an appointment date, but they also told me that they would come sooner if possible - less than 24 hours later they had visited the property and sorted quickly and efficiently, well done team. Seriously impressed.

Guy Crabb Plumbing & Heating have been our plumbers for over 20 years and are always fantastic, so when it was well overdue time to replace our bathroom & kitchen we didn't hesitate to go to them. Both jobs have far exceeded our expectations, absolutely amazing work. At all times the staff were fantastic, punctual, hard working & skilled. I am however going to give a special shout out to Andy Channing, who led the kitchen team, he is the most enormous credit to the company, we were so impressed with him, his work and his customer relations, a really lovely man to have around on an almost three week job. Thank you Guy Crabb's, for two really outstanding jobs, you should be very rightly proud of your team.

Whenever I drive or walk through Bridport, I always notice a Guy Crabb van. I wanted a number of refurbishments done on my bathroom, en-suite and utility rooms and being fairly new to the area, wondered who to choose. My neighbours were not any help as they all had poor experiences with one man bands or other small firms. So I thought why not try Guy Crabb, they must be doing something right with so many vans. We popped into their showroom on Gore Cross business park last June and left them a list of work to be done and asked for a quote. The very pleasant lady did tell us that they had a huge backlog of work since the pandemic and it might be many weeks before they could visit my home to quote. Well it was October when a very nice man called Mike Smyth visited to quote. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. 2 weeks later we received an itemised quote which we accepted immediately after choosing specific taps, wall panels and a pan at their showroom.It was Jan 23 before they were able to start work and a young man called Shane was assigned to carry out the work. He was very pleasant and friendly but also very professional, methodical and meticulous in his work. It took 3 1/4 days to install 3 shower panels, a new shower, 2 basin taps, 1 utility sink tap and a new loo pan. He did encounter a few issues withe the existing installations but overcame those. The invoice was exactly as per the quote but with the additional components used charged for. All in all, this was great work by a most professional company. Every employee that we either met or spoke to on the phone were friendly, happy and professional. The only downside was the wait until they could do the work. Was it worth the wait? Absolutely 100%.

Had prompt quote for new boiler installation and it was fitted the following week by lads who worked like Trojans. Coud not be more pleased.

We called Guy Crabb Plumbing as an emergency call out following a flood. They were very quick, extremely helpful and efficient in the work they carried out for us. Well done Jack, Emma and Neil! We would highly recommend this company.

Really poor customer service from Guy Crabb, & 4 weeks after their boiler engineer’s 1st visit I still have no hot water! Guy Crabb staff totally abrogate any responsibility, and just blame their suppliers for the ongoing delay in obtaining the spare parts they need.As of now, I have no timescales from Guy Crabb to repair my boiler & still have no hot water!
