TW White & Sons Bookham was a very smooth service when purchasing my new Mazda MX5 from the first call to picking up the car. Tom was very friendly and at no point during the sale did I feel under pressure to buy anything. He kept me informed regularly of any updates and was very helpful despite having to buy the car online due to covid 19. On the day of collection I was greeted by Christian who had all the paper work ready for me meaning the car was in my possession in no longer than 20mins. He showed me round the car and was very knowledgeable. The atmosphere was very calm and felt relaxed throughout the whole service. Overall the staff were very friendly and the service was excellent. We had seen the car on line a couple of days before and made an appointment to come and see it. Kristian had the car valeted and ready for our viewing. He was friendly and very professional knew the spec of the car but didn't over sell it. Had a test drive on our own and got a very good trade in on our old car. He did not try to push anything and we appreciated that after hard sales from so many car dealers. We ended up purchasing the car and would highly recommend T W Whites in Bookham.

Purchased car from this Garage. The experience I had during my annual service was very good. The gentleman on customer service desk (new and ex chauffeur) was very friendly andhelpful. The price was as conveyed to me. The hire car I had arranged was ready for me. Stressfree experience. Would recommend.

A very professional and friendly team. They serviced and MOT’d my Suzuki with no issues and even vacuumed and washed it.They lent me a courtesy car which was brand new. A Mazda 3. (Photo below)I didn’t want to take it back!I thoroughly recommend this place and will be using them again for the next service etc.

Smooth service, courteous and no fuss. Only thing I would recommend would be the 12 month breadown cover which most main dealers offer as part of their service package.

Very friendly staff right from our initial enquiry about a vehicle we were interested in. There was no pressure to make a sale from the staff. The attention to detail was second to none to the point where we had to slightly delay picking the car up as they were not happy with one small area of paintwork that had been repaired. The collection day was smooth and easy again with friendly, welcoming staff who went through the vehicle with us and made sure we were entirely happy before we left. We will definitely visit again in the near future when we replace my wife’s car.
