Some of the pumps are BP Ultimate/Diesel only, so you end up filling up with premium petrol unless you notice the small sign. Very misleading and not seen other garages do this.

24hours of friendly service, plus it's usually the cheapest petrol in town. This has been a daily favourite while taxiing.

My husband and son went there last night (17/5/23) to get some fuel for my sons motorbike both of them full motorcycle gear took helmets off when pulled up and turned engines off, stood there for a few minutes then the bloke shouted had to pay for it first before allowing him to get any fuel, when they said no( who would pay for fuel before you put it in?) the guy just shrugged his shoulders my husband had to go the top of shields round as Morrisons was closed, bearing in mind my sons bike was running on fumes, the guy behind the counter made them feel like they were thieves when they both working very hard for their money.Wish I could put on less than one star,They would rather push their bikes pass that garage from now onThese reviews falls on deaf ears anyhow

I’m going to start by saying do not use this garage if you absolutely can avoid it! Disgusting staff members that will literally throw nothing but attitude and hostility toward you for asking a simple question.I went there earlier tonight around 7:20-7:30pm and normally the store is open for walk in until 10, I know this being a local of over 7 years here.When I asked the member of staff why I was instructed to a overnight window so early, just wanting to know being curious as this was out of the ordinary I asked simply “why is the store closed so early brother?” To which he replied “You’re getting your stuff, what’s your problem?” To which i replied “I have no problem” for the member of staff to then give me the middle finger.I will admit my conduct could have been better too but I was not rude or anything until he flipped me off.I called the store after the incident, asking when it would be appropriate to call back to speak to a manager, for them to ask “why do you wanna speak to a manager?” I told them I wouldn’t like to disclose that to them and instead speak to the manager regarding this. To be told no time nothing and hung up on.I’m absolutely disgraced at this staff members conduct as most the staff there as of writing this, are a pleasure to deal with. I will be making a formal complaint regarding the issue whenever I get in contact with management. But clearly the staff there don’t like that so if there’s a manager reading this, please reach out and give me a contact number for corporate division or anything that can assist me because this is not acceptable.Do not go to this place local or not take your money where it’s deserved.

Great prices for BP quality fuel, cheaper than other BP garages locally. Very helpful and friendly staff in the shop always very happy, smiling and positive.

AVOID AT ALL Cost I have done over 4 thousand visits to fuel stations over the last 25 years and it is my first time to write a review for BP garages which I religiously have been using for a few years always exceptionally good all over the country but this branch needs a full over haul of staff from the 1st minute I could sense the awkwardness in the voice tone looking at me very strangely like I am a begger or something as if I am desperate and ignoring me like I am a ghost ( I was paying for over £100 worth of fuel and snacks) so by the time I paid I felt so disgusted with this 2 minutes I wish so badly I had not spent my time and money in this place ( in all my years I have never experienced this feeling before ☹️) and all a while there was another Asian slim taller guy next to cashier seemed like the manager from they're interaction between themselves speaking foreign language like it sounded a south Asian language felt like about me or my looks. So I diverted my attention to the tall Asian guy and asked for directions just to make conversation while I waited for my receipt and he replied in a very sarcastic way You LOT don't know what is sat nav. I was by myself this hit me like a cold icy wind felt very RACIST I left in the fastest way posiible otherwise I would have lost my cool. It really spoiled my day all day since then to now I feel abused so I compelled to leave this review.

Ok so first they started refusing my key meter top up when I want pay via card because as iv found out from other vendors they dont get any money for doing it.. and now they just point blank refuse to do it even with hard cash stating my key is not working after which I topped up at a different vendor with no issues. Terrible people and terrible customer service. Avoid at all costs.Update 12/5/2020Service here is still incredibly bad during night hours, i understand the area is one of the poorest and dangerous however every time I arrive to this station, i make sure im alone before exiting my car and im still refused entry to purchase any goods let alone get a top up on the utilities. I dont walk either I arrive in a brand new pristine Audi Q2 SUV so im not sure what this guys problem is. Your my closest 24/7 the next one nearest to me is gateshead but i guess im going to have to just use the gateshead 24/7 or if you can sort your staff out that would also be great

I visited you petrol station on weds 11/07 at 5 am on my way to work your employee was talking to someone on the forecourt for about 7 mins totally ignoring me with my car at the pump no petrol available it must have been switched off he finished his conversation after about 7 mins do I thought he was going to switch petrol back on but oh no he proceeded to clean the stand that displays newspapers again totally ignoring me while looking straight at me so I got in my car and drove to another garage safe to say I won’t be using your garage again such bad service I felt like I was invisible could you please give me some feedback byker Newcastle

Charged £4.25 for 2 cans of coke and when questioned tryed to say had gave more change went through my pockets proved they had not still refused to admit what they done disgusting customer service and disgusting employees
