V.I.P Nails leyland

Been coming here for over a year so I’m a regular customer. Nails good but not happy about how I’ve been treated. Only wanted infills but they advised me I needed a fresh set which is fair enough but only had £40 cash on me so I explained that I needed to nip to the cash machine to draw out some more money as it was £45. When they had finished my nails they asked me to leave something belonging to me implying that I was going to do a runner! I’ve been coming here for ages, why on earth would I leave without paying? If they got a card machine then it wouldn’t matter. Won’t be returning I’m afraid. Clearly loyalty doesn’t mean anything here.

Came in today to get my acrylics ( from another salon) removed. So quick and professional. Thank you so much

lovely nails except had them done today and 2 gems have come off already she didn’t put a top coat over the gems so they are bound to come off came out of my way all the way to the salon just to be disappointed. unhappy is an understatement.

Treat time, lovely staff, very efficient and great at biab nails and nail art.

The nails seem durable however the person doing mine was constantly cutting my fingers to the point they would.not stop bleeding, resulting In my fingers being sore . Aswell as this I asked for a coffin shape style and instead got ignored and got square.Been 3 weeks since I had my nails put on and and 4 of then have popped off, considering I payed 35 pounds for this set the quality is dreadful do not waste your money here, angel nails next to subway Is far better and way more friendly.Avoid at all costs

Had acrylics done just before Christmas. Was asked to choose a colour off their chart which I did (white glitter) only to be told that it would be too light & not show very well. Chose a silver glitter which then had to have extra glitter added to make whiter (???). Was charged £38. Wasn’t completely happy with the shape or colour but fixed this myself at home.Returned just for infills as the acrylic application was done quite well previously. This should’ve cost £20. Instead of just doing infills my nails were cut (including natural nails) down to the shortest length & soaked off! A full set was applied which are full of air bubbles & clearly not what I asked for. I was charged £30. I had 3 people working on my nails as they kept swapping clients. None of them washed their hands before switching. One of the techs took several personal FaceTime calls while working on other clients which I found completely unprofessional & rude. Needless to say I will not be returning or recommending.

My daughter went to have her nails done, a gift from a friend. On the price list, the nails she wanted were £33. The nail technicians kept swapping who was doing her nails and others taking personal calls, leaving someone else to take over.When finished, she was told £50, she asked about the student discount and was told they don't do student discount, despite a notice in the window saying they did. My daughter suffers with anxiety and felt that she couldn't tell them the nails were £33 not £50. Not very professional and false advertising and representationHer first visit was her last.

Always do a great job. Nails stay on for a good 4 weeks. Always happy. Had some beautiful nail art as well. And I was going on holiday and they stayed late to do my nails which I thought was really lovely, thank you ♥️
