Great service from all staff here, especially considering all the additional pressures on the nhs. The paramedic practitioners are absolute gems, so friendly and professional.

I've had such a positive experience I just wanted to review. The receptionist team are always so kind and nice and Dr Foley who I have recently seen twice recently, is by far the nicest, most professional Doctor I have ever seen. She has been patient, kind, and nothing is too much trouble. Considering how under pressure the NHS are overall, Mill Road Dr Surgery have quite honestly been fantastic with me. I just want to thank the staff and especially Dr Foley for setting my mind at ease and listening to my concerns.

Can’t praise this doctors surgery enough.The receptionists, pharmacy, health care assistants and doctors are all amazing.I have had to call up for home visits for injections, blood tests and being unwell, the paramedic or doctor always arrive within the time frame given.Totally professional, courteous and respectful.A change to my previous surgery.Many thanks.

Best GP I've ever been with. Receptionists always friendly on the phones. Nurses and Doctors have always been very thorough and make you feel at ease. Phone que in the mornings for on the day appointments but never had an issue getting one. If waiting for results then have always been followed up.

I just wanted to say that I have found the service at Mill Road surgery outstanding. I have always got an appt on the day I called, the receptionists are very helpful and kind. I just wanted to thank all the staff here they are all doing a fantastic job. Cannot praise the service I have experienced more. Thank you

I've been with this surgery for 4 years now and I just can't fault them. They are absolutely brilliant. They really do their best for everyone. All the staff, receptionists, admin, secretaries, doctor's, nurses, paramedics. Thank you for looking after my family.

Hot-tempered and arrogant receptionists. I have had bad experiences with this GP surgery over the years but was never treated like today so I am compelled to leave this review. The receptionists are sitting there acting as if they are doing the world a favor by just answering the phone, their attitude stinks. They ask you how can I help?" but they don't help. I requested repeat prescriptions over a week ago

The 5/5 is for one specific doctor, Dr Foley. She has gone above and beyond for my newborn, and has made me feel incredibly empowered, as a new mum.A real class act. Highly recommend her!

Staff are friendly enough, had an appointment cancelled on the day , had to reschedule, couldn't get another for 2.5 weeks later. Told one thing by one member of staff, then told something different about a diagnosis, I'm still no nearer to finding out the problem

I have been with this surgery for years! Yes covid did take it’s toll on this surgery ,like any other surgery, yes we all suffered frustration & Annoyance .. but when we were able to see our GPs the help and professionalism was always there … Dr Hein Leonhard is my GP listens and has helped me through some pretty painful situations and totally understood and with total professionalism gave me the treatment I needed and understood and new exactly were I was coming from .. I applaud him cause boy does he put up with a lot …these Drs Deserve a medal
