You can work at your own pace and if you want any help to get you started, Fit Bodies can connect you with a personal trainer who can help you put together a programme based on your requirements. I used to train at home but have found that going to Fit Bodies has provided far more opportunities to try different things. I am a new member. At 68yrs. A little unsure about joining a gym. But I went to make enquiries and I was welcomed by Dan. He was great. Gave me a tour . The equipment Is brilliant. I came out feeling so positive. I am really enjoying the gym. I would definitely recommend Fit Bodies. 5*
