I’ve used Aaron multiple times to help with various niggles and maintenance throughout my training. His approach is always thorough and spot on.I would highly recommend him to anyone requiring treatment, looking for injury prevention or requiring a solid aid for recovery!Safe to say he’s bought my legs back to life on more than one occasion!

Aaron has been my personal trainer for over 2 years. I have a few health issues and he always plans my training around them so I can continue to get strong. He has great knowledge around injuries and what’s best to treat them, as he is qualified in sports massage and acupuncture.

I was recommended Aaron by a friend after suffering some pretty persistent muscle tension and aches in my back from my Brazilian Jiu Jitsu training. Aaron implemented sports massage and dry needling which really helped. He is very knowledgeable and I was made to feel comfortable and well looked after. I highly recommend his services!

Amazing physio, has helped me with any problem I’ve had explaining everything in full detail so I understand what’s happening. Also given movements to do outside physio sessions to work on mobility. Not to mention how kind and funny Aaron is as a person, I am usually laughing through my whole appointment.

Aaron at AG-RO Fitness is more than just a Personal Trainer. He is pretty special as he has a genuine desire to improve peoples lives whether that is through the in-person or online personal training or his very well priced manual therapy treatments (which is not just massage but so much more) or even a combination package of the two. He doesn't believe in ripping people off and wants to help them by being an expert but to be affordable; when you compare his prices to other practitioners in the area you may think that he's cheap" and therefore mistakenly think that he is not that good

Aaron is absolutely fantastic. I’ve been to him for various treatments, such as sports massage and dry needling, and he really does know his stuff! His knowledge base is vast, and it 100% shows in the range of services he has to offer. I’d highly recommend Aaron to anyone who has aches and pain from training, arthritis, injuries etc, and to anyone wanting to start their fitness journey!
