Very crammed shop. Can’t seem to find what i want. NEVER has the sizes in the children’s trainers or shoes. Mostly the boys. I feel they lack of boys sizes between 7–10. Can never find staff either for help.Lift and escalator available as it’s upstairs.

Went into the shop at 3:30pm to be told they would be closing at 3:45pm, despite opening times being until 4pm. Whilst looking at trainers felt rushed out of the shop and received no help.

Went in for some new shoes, staff were very helpful in finding the right shoes for me and getting them to the till.Staff were very welcoming, will be back before Christmas for things for the grandkids.

Great range of low priced goods from a number of good brands. The shop has a lift for those who need it. The staff are pleasant and very helpful.Information about ethical production would be useful for those who would like to check before they buy but is not readily available.

Although you can get some good deals and good bargains the shop itself is an absolute joke. Over cramped, the staff don't care, the don't offer refunds at all which just absolutely baffles me. Exchange or credit note only. I tried to exchange some Xmas gifts still with tags on but because I didn't have the receipt they refused.

Visited this shop today and spent over £100 when I handed over £100 gift vouchers they weren't accepted. Unbeknown to me I had to activate them, when manager came over he said they weren't sports direct gift cards and had been cloned .This was in front of other customers and he made us feel like criminals .I've since activated the cards but will shop elsewhere next time manager was disgraceful.
