I have today completed on the sale of my mother-in-law's house and I could not be happier with the service provided by Ian Crane Estate Agents - they are extremely professional, knowledgeable, helpful whilst being very friendly and easy to deal with. It's not just about knowing the local market, which they do better than any online agent could, it's the extra services they offer that an online agent simply cannot provide that make all the difference -they were able to help me with engaging a reliable contractor who was able to dispose of the furniture, clean the property from top to bottom and maintain the garden until the sale was finalised. Selling a house is stressful but Ian Crane Estate Agents simply took the worry out of the process for me - thank you!

When initially buying a property through Gill Crane of IDC agent Maghull we were subjected to an appauling manner of abrupt, rude and a very confrontational pushy manner from her.She put the phone down after I was unable to give her information about the solicitors progress, which I genuinely was not able to provide. I was told that the sellers of the property were her customers and of her interest only.I was left flabbergasted by some of these comments as I thought in entering IDC agents meant we where customers to, but clearly not so.She made the threat of putting the property we where trying to buy, back on the market if I did not answer what she wanted, something I didnt have the answers to.As a direct result of her manner and the distress and anxiety she caused we made a difficult decision to pull out of buying the property. We simply could not endure any further contact with her as she made it impossible.

Really pleased with IDC, they've been excellent throughout the whole process from start to finish. Very professional and very helpful. Gill is an absolute star! I can't thank her enough. Always willing to go the extra mile to make sure things are done properly and efficiently. I highly recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell locally.

Its not often that you buy or sell a property so, choosing an agent can be difficult. I chose Ian Crane because their approach from the outset was professional , informative and thorough. Mark showed great knowledge of the local market and his advise was really helpful. I never felt under any pressure at any time. I felt like my needs were cared for constantly by Gill who is so approachable and always showed she was looking after me as as their customer, but also reassuring to the buyer too.
