Fone Active have provided an excellent service with the after support that you would expect from a service company. Was a bit difficult at first with the wrong battery being put into my sons phone. But they were straight on the case after I got a hold of them and turned the issue around to a positive final solution. Really recommend Fone Active fir any repairs to any phone. Russell Cunningham

Took a phone for three weeks that had a cracked screen and was suppose to only be an hour. Broke the phone in the process, and was still charged. Poor customer service, as they screamed in my face and I was told to shut up. Won't not recommend to anyone.

TOTAL RIP OFF! I wanted my smashed screen replaced and a new cover...cost me £70!!! He said it was cash only...total scam! Unfriendly, unprofessional and total waste of money.

Went to get phone unlocked. He pressed some buttons and said I should wait until the next day to put new sim card in. Transaction took less than 5 minutes and cost £20 to then return home with a phone still locked to the wrong network. Googled how to do it and a special code is needed, this obviously wasn't done by him and is going to cost £20. Waste of money and I'm out of pocket with a phone I can't use until I pay again.
