Some staff are pretty rude the sauna is always cold the benches in the sauna is unstable always falling apart. And they need to stop using so much chemicals in the pools as it's bad for th body, door needs to be fixed it's been broken for over 18 month and that's disgusting considering their taking 50 pound of everyone with out a fail. STOP CUTTING CORNERS IF U NO GONNA CUT THE PRICES. SHOULD BE ATLEAST 20 A MONTH THE WAY THIS PLACE IS RUN!!!

Staff are absolutely outstanding. But pool is unusable most of the time. It’s unmanned so no one to enforce lane rotation or to ask campers to move out of the way of serious swimmers. Maybe set aside more or pool as fast lane or designate one area for people to stand and chat? It’s a shame because it’s a lot of money per month and pool was one of the main reasons for joining.

Nice experience overall, nice and clean with attentive and friendly staff. Massage was excellent and my partner enjoyed her treatments also. Nice treatment rooms with relaxing music.The only detractions was it was a Saturday so when we booked our spa treatment it didn't warn us that the pool had swimming lessons in it, so wasn't as relaxing an experience as we had hoped. Only other thing is the spa is up the stairs from the pool area so is a short walk past gym goers.

The facilities here are fantastic, well maintained and will meet most, if not all of your needs. This great service, however, does come at a price and a minimum commitment that other, more affordable, gyms or facilities don't ask of you. If you are wanting to commit to a fitness regimen, but have a hectic lifestyle where you cannot make a dedicated commitment to using the gym you may feel, unintentionally, ripped off.If you have a regular schedule that allows you to regularly go to the gym, swimming pool and/or spa then I would say this is definitely worth the investment. The only reason I have given it 4 stars is, unfortunately due to a change in work hours, I was unable to make the best use of the facilities on a regular basis and I didn't get my money's worth as a result. As I say a great gym for those committed to health and fitness and can afford to pay extra to access these, well maintained, facilities.

Nice clean facilities, staff are very friendly and helpful and the members were very pleasant to each other, made you feel welcome in a different gym than the usual, will go again

Pool is far too cold, there's no need for it to be like that. I was actually swimming my lengths covered in goose bumps yesterday.There's been 2 reductions in the price of gas/electric lately so there's no excuse for not notching the temperature up a few degrees.

We had a couples spa day with massage. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. We hadn't done this before so we needed a few things explaining. Facilities were good and clean. Our massages were great and afterwards you can chill in a chill out area. Very relaxing and highly recommended
