The most unprofessional tradesman I have ever met.Poor communication after a firm and confirmed booking.Pulls out last minute and offers a friends number, who never answered but dropped a WA messaged hours later saying busy.Not even a follow up message to see if we got sorted.Shocker...

From the time Troy entered our home, his undertaking the water leak repair through to his departure 3 hours later, he provided an excellent service, especially at these difficult Covid-19 times. I will certainly recommend him to neighbours/friends should they require plumbing services.

High prices but knowledgeable and capable workmen. I had them straighten out my 20 year old boiler which wasn't producing a flame. I would recommend if you can afford the rates (£75/hour including VAT with prior booking as of 2019)
