I buy from Dan's Clocks regularly as Dovetail Woodworking, for one of the workshops I run, making wall clocks. The service I have received is always very prompt and reliable. I would definitely recommend.

What an amazing find Dans Clock Shop is.I bought a hand-turned wooden encased clock at a craft fayre, but the clock didn't work. The guy said the battery was flat and needed a new one.It didn't. When you moved the dial all the hands moved together.I took it to a local clock menders but they couldn't get the glass off. She said she could get me a replacement but it would be £40.I only paid £20 for the whole thing.I searched Amazon but nothing was the right size.The clock is lovely. The wood so colourful and smooth that I settled to have it just as an ornament.I kept searching Google, just in case, and Dans Clock Shop kept appearing. I didn't click on it as I didn't know the name.I looked in the back of the clock for the make and model. Put this into Google and there was Dans Clock Shop again.They had the exact clock I needed. At a very reasonable price. I bought it straight away and it was delivered two days later.How easy was that?I wish I'd looked there sooner.So if you need a clock of a specific size, try Dan first.Very highly recommended. Some items in my order were incorrect but communication was great and the order corrected at no cost to myself. Items themselves were good quality and suitable for the project I was working on.

My quartz clock sat on our mantle piece not working for sometime. Went on to Dans Clock shop able to order new parts and within three days my clock is up and working once again . Fully deserves a five star .

Required a new movement for an attractive clock bought from a charity shop. Searched Dan's clock shop for a movement with the same part number and found one. Ordered two repair kits from Dans Clock Shop and they arrived quickly and very well packaged, excellent service. I also had a large clock without a mechanism and as Dans Clock Shop is in Gloucestershire which is my home county I decided to drop in and take my clock with me. Dan and Steve quickly fitted a new battery mechanism and extra large hands. Both very friendly and helpful and they even popped a new battery in for us.
