Thanks to all at Canalside Carpets for doing such a wonderful job. Martin and Whitney were extremely helpful and patient whilst we waited for our insurance assessor to finalise our claim. They submittted a very competitive quote for us, so much so that the assessor approved it without hesitation. We changed our minds a couple of times on the vinyl we wanted and accepted Martin's advice about LVT flooring. We are deliighted with the end result. Thanks Luke for doing such a splendid job and for coming back to deal with a couple of our doors which needed to be re-hung. Nothng was too much trouble for them.

Went onto shop and asked about a roller blind,picked a fabric from catalogue.Assistant booked a visit next day, and guy turned up and took measurements.Said manager would phone next day with a price to fit.Since then no comunication ,a week passed ,nothing.Not a very good advert for the shop, guess not interested in a small job.Phoned Hillary blinds, visited us 3 days later, took order and arranged a fitting date with a 40% sales discount. Going to get them now to look at my conservatory requirements.

Had my flat carpeted throughout today, both fitters very polite, professional and took the time to make sure everything was right.A great price of Martin.This is the second time I have used Canalside, I would recommend Canalside to my family and Friends, hence I have given 5 stars

Short review Not worth a visitLong review, Upon entering the store when there were 3 staff members of at the counter and not one of them looked up at me or greeted me, after looking around and spending a fair amount of time looking at the samples I had to approach them and was told I would have to wait a minute.After a member of staff came over I explained what room I was trying to do and the budget and asked how much things were priced, I was told with some attitude that they are all individually priced but I wouldn’t get anything for the price I was looking for, ironically I pointed to another section asking about the price and this was in the budget range I was looking for.I understand you pay more in shops sometimes because of the advise and service you get but I have seen the same product online half the price and this “service” isn’t worth paying a little more let alone twice the price.If all this isn’t bad enough I did overhear one conversation about putting one of their customers order price up like they can charge less or more when they feel like it.Personally I just wouldn’t waste your time.

Trying to get an answer off these people is like trying to find the holy grail.After reading there page I decided to contact them.After phoning all week 3/4 times a day someone finally answered Thursday at 4pm.I explained what I wanted the guy said give me 30 mins I'll call you back and let you know when we can com and give you a quote.It is now 10.20am Friday now return call and despite ringing numerous time try to get a time gues what no answer.Obviously these people don't want custom

Just had carpets, vinyl flooring and blinds fitted to our static caravan. Excellent service from Martin and his team. Great choice , no hard sell and nice people to do business with .Highly recommended.
